Battlestar Galactica

Any ideas on the connection between Hera on Battlestar Galactica on television and Starbuck?
Last night on Battlestar Galactica the drama on the sci-fi channel Hera helped Starbuck play the song that woke the 4. Any guesses as to how this happened? Some are saying that Starbucks’s father was the cylon “Daniel.”
My guess is that it is much deeper than that. Daniel wasn’t just boxed, but sabotaged, so theoretically he should be permanently out of the picture. Also, if Daniel was Starbuck’s father, it does not account for Starbuck’s mysterious resurrection and the pristine condition of her Viper, especially given how she herself found her own corpse and her Viper wreckage on Cylon Earth.
My GUESS is that Starbuck is actually a much more ancient creature than anything we’ve seen so far. “This has all happened before, and will all happen again,” according to Pythia. What this may mean is that the current state of affairs between humans and cylons is just the most recent edition of a cycle that repeats itself over and over.
Here is what I mean. Say human invent cylons. The cylons rebel. The war that results kills just about everybody. The human survivors abandoned their devastated planet and colonize a new world. Thousands of years later, their descendants invent cylons. The cylons rebel. The war that results kills just about everybody. This goes one over and over until some generation comes along that is wise enough to break the cycle.
So what if we’re seeing the 100th edition of the cycle. That means that this cycle may have been repeating itself for 500,000 years, and nobody would know it. But here’s the big question.
What about the first batch of cylons that survived the first war? What if some of them teamed up with some of the human survivors and lived in harmony? What if that happened 500,000 years ago? How far would their science have advanced while the rest of the humans were going through these cycles of advancement and self-destruction? Their science may be so advanced that it would look like magic to the other BSG characters.
So my guess its that Starbuck is a cylon, but NOT from any batch represented by any of the other characters. Just a random guess.
