Is Deadpool in the Civil War: Young Avengers & Runaways comic? And should I read it?

I read or heard somewhere that he was but i can’t remember where. If he is that might influence my choice but I guess it depends on if it’s even worth getting at all. O.o

He is, but he doesn’t play a major role in it.
